    The process starts with extracting high-purity niobium from its ores using advanced chemical methods. This guarantees that the niobium we use is of the highest quality, ensuring reliable performance in demanding applications.

    Once extracted, niobium is converted into fine metal powder, which serves as the base material for further processing. This step ensures uniform composition and high purity in the final crucible.

    The niobium powder is compacted into billets and heated in a controlled environment in a process called sintering. This step fuses the powder particles into a solid structure, enhancing the material's strength and preparing it for the next stage.

    The sintered billets are heated and processed through hot rolling or forging to form niobium sheets or bars. This step enhances strength, flexibility, and precision, ensuring the material is well-prepared for crucible fabrication.

    We manufacture niobium crucibles using two distinct methods, depending on size and application requirements:

    • Forged & Machined Crucibles – Niobium bars are precisely machined into crucibles, ensuring dense, high-strength structures with precise dimensions.
    • Deep-Drawn Crucibles – Niobium sheets are pressed and stretched into seamless crucibles, offering lightweight construction with uniform thickness.

    To improve thermal and mechanical properties, the crucibles undergo a controlled heat treatment process. This enhances their resistance to deformation and ensures long-term durability in extreme temperatures.

    After forming, the crucibles are polished and treated to achieve a smooth, contamination-free surface. This step ensures purity and precision, making them suitable for high-tech and scientific applications.
