    Tantalum powder is produced by reducing tantalum ore or through the electrolysis of tantalum salts.

    The tantalum powder is compacted using isostatic pressing to form a dense, uniform shape.

    The compacted powder is heated at high temperatures in a vacuum or inert atmosphere to fuse the particles together into a solid mass.

    The sintered mass is then processed through billet rolling to form a preliminary shape with the required dimensions.

    The material undergoes intermediate annealing to relieve internal stresses and enhance its ductility.

    The material is drawn through dies to refine its thickness and increase its length, preparing it for the final stages.

    The drawn material is subjected to continuous annealing and horizontal rolling to improve its mechanical properties, followed by a final annealing process to achieve the desired characteristics and finish the production of the tantalum foil.
