    K2TaF7 is mixed with NaCl or KCl in specific proportions to prepare for reduction.

    Under argon protection, sodium is injected into the mixture at temperatures between 300-800°C to reduce the tantalum compound.

    The reduction product is washed with water to remove fluoride and excess sodium, followed by hydrochloric acid to eliminate iron and other impurities, and hydrofluoric acid to remove oxygen and silicon.

    After washing until neutral, the product is dried to obtain the raw sodium-reduced tantalum powder.

    The raw powder is sieved and blended to ensure uniformity before moving to the next stage.

    The powder undergoes vacuum condensation to produce high-quality tantalum powder suitable for various grades.
